The Technology Assessment Unit of the MUHC presents
SYMPOSIUM ON HEALTH TECHNOLOGY ASSESSMENT IN PRACTICE
This two-day symposium brings together speakers who are active in Health Technology Assessment (HTA) both at the hospital level and the government level to introduce the audience to contemporary topics in evidence gathering, economic modeling and decision- making through lectures interspersed with hands-on practical sessions for an interactive experience.
This event is being organized by the Technology Assessment Unit (TAU) of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) with support from the Centre for Outcomes Research (CORE) of the MUHC Research Institute.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Researchers, clinicians, graduate students, decision-makers with an interest in understanding what HTA is and how HTA methods are applied in practice. A certificate of participation will be given on request.
