Research
Patients in the EPSSP have access and can participate on a voluntary basis in clinical trials designed at testing new treatments for psychotic disorders. These clinical trials are carried out at the MUHC in conjunction with the Clinical Psychopharmacology and Therapeutics Unit or with other units such as the Cognitive Behavioural unit. Research in innovative psychosocial interventions and illness trajectory are also focuses of clinical excellence.
