#AskMUHC : New patient-centered Cedars Cancer Center

Dr. Armen Aprikian, chief of oncology and urology and Medical Director of the MUHC Cancer Care Mission, presented the new Cedars Cancer Center on Global TV Morning on April 7th. Don’t miss next week’s report on April 14th, at 8:10AM, Liusa Ciofani, Associate Director of Nursing, Women’s Health, will explain the innovations at the Glen site regarding women’s and new-born’s health.

Working towards solutions as we countdown to the Glen move

The task of moving the Royal Victoria hospital to the Glen site of the MUHC is a significant undertaking involving, hundreds of MUHC staff, volunteers and moving specialists. We are working to ensure everyone is constantly updated on the process and trained for their new environment. Despite these efforts, there was union action at the Royal Victoria hospital this week. Joanne Brodeur, Director of Human Resources conducted several interviews including this one with the Montreal Gazette.
