STM Paratransit service (adapted bus transport locations)
STM's Paratransit service makes stops at three main entrances at the Glen site:
- Royal Victoria Hospital
- Montreal Children's Hospital
- Cedar Cancer Centre

Glen site
Public transport
Bus: There are six local buses that stop at Vendôme station (38, 90, 102, 104, 105, 124) and five that make frequent stops near the Glen site (17, 24, 63, 371, 420). Transport Adapté also offers three stops at Glen main entrances (Montreal Children's Hospital, Royal Victoria Hospital and Cedars Cancer Centre.
Metro: Located on the Orange Line, Vendôme station is situated next to the Glen site and is connected to the Glen site by a tunnel. The Vendôme station features elevators and a direct link to the hospital. For more info: stm.info/vendôme

- There are no STM direct line phones for adapted transit. Public pay phones are located at the Cedar Avenue entrance (near the security office) and in front of the parking office at the entrance of Livingston Hall (6th floor). Please call 514-280-8211.
- The signs for STM adapted transit are at the entrance to Livingston Hall (6th floor) on Cedar Avenue.
- Wheelchairs are available at the Cedar Avenue and Pine Avenue entrances.
Handicap parking
The Montreal General Hospital has reserved handicap parking spaces in three areas:
- Cedar Avenue entrance: 9 spots
- Pine Avenue entrance: 8 spots
- Level P14 (reserved for patients): 8 spots
The Neuro (Montreal Neurological Institute-Hospital)

Handicap parking
- The MNH/MNI has 8 reserved handicap parking spaces south of the main entrance on University Street, in the loading dock area. These reserved parking spaces are on the north-east side, i.e. on the left. Because of ongoing construction, the number of spaces could be reduced temporarily.
Lachine Hospital

Transportation inside our hospitals
Our team of dedicated support staff works with the healthcare teams to lift and transport patients in a safe, respectful and professional manner. If you need help, please ask a volunteer or someone at the information desk to locate a member of our transport staff.
Wayfinding - general information
Volunteers can be available to provide directions or escort patients. Please note that our volunteers are not allowed to lift or transfer patients but will be pleased to contact MUHC Patient Transport to arrange a transport staff for you, if needed. For evening or weekend hours, please contact the security agents at the different sites.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available at most hospital entrances during the day. Due to high volume, wheelchairs may go missing during the day. Please return wheelchairs to the public parking or hospital entrances for the use of other patients and their families.
