Wayfinding - general information

Volunteers can be available to provide directions or escort patients. Please note that our volunteers are not allowed to lift or transfer patients but will be pleased to contact MUHC Patient Transport to arrange a transport staff for you, if needed. For evening or weekend hours, please contact the security agents at the different sites.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available at most hospital entrances during the day. Due to high volume, wheelchairs may go missing during the day. Please return wheelchairs to the public parking or hospital entrances for the use of other patients and their families.
