Parking rate for frequent users****

A frequent user is an out-patient who frequently visits the hospital by car for their appointments or treatments a minimum of ten (10) times per month.

Glen site passes can be purchased at the parking customer service desk.

For an adult

In most cases, you’ll need a referral from a general practitioner in order to get an appointment with a specialist at the MUHC. To make an appointment for an adult patient, please consult our clinics and services listing to find the appropriate phone number. Many clinics use the MUHC Appointment and Referral Centre to book appointments at 514-934-8488.

For a first-time appointment in a service, you will be told how to send your consultation request and what information to include. Please note that you can ask for a follow-up appointment at the clinic reception, following your visit.

To book an appointment at the Montreal Children's Hospital, please call 514-412-4040.

The Lachine Hospital includes the Camille Lefebvre Pavilion (CHSLD).

RVH Legacy parking lot (P3/P4) - The Neuro

To benefit from the reduced rate, patients should visit the security desk at the Allan Memorial Institute, located at 1025 Pine Avenue West, to receive a reduced rate coupon.

Directions to the parking lot: 

From any highway, follow the sign for downtown and exit at Atwater or Guy. Both will take you to Dr. Penfield where you will turn left on Peel Street and come up to Pine Ave. Pine is a one way going East, but you will stay in the right hand lane and when the light changes continue right up the driveway where you will be given a ticket to enter the parking. 

MNI/McGill Sports Complex (Molson Stadium)

Please note that when the Alouettes play a home game, there is no access to the parking lot as of the day before the game. We do not provide parking on those days.

Directions to the parking lot:

You will need to go to the top of University Street (past The Neuro) and turn right to enter the parking lot.

Patients must have a scheduled appointment to be seen at the Montreal Neurological Hospital. If you are a new patient, you must have a referral from a family physician or a general practitioner to make an appointment.  Your referring physician must send a consultation request to the CRDS (Centre de répartition des demandes de services)

If your referral is coming directly from a specialist, then you can simply fax it to the Neurology department at 514-398-2745. Please make sure to include your full contact information.
