Laws and Regulations in Assisted Reproduction

The government of Quebec ultimately sanctioned Bill 20 on November 10, 2015. As initially proposed, Quebec Health Minister, Gaétan Barrette, maintained his plan to withdraw RAMQ coverage for IVF treatment.
