A single glance is all it takes: Drs. Teodora and Sinziana Dumitra understand each other without even having to speak. Sisters in real life and oncological surgeons at the McGill University Health Centre, they operate side by side in the operating theatre at the Royal Victoria Hospital. One is an expert in open surgery, the other in robotic surgery. Although their approaches differ, they use their complementary skills to benefit patients and their families.
