The Research Institute of the MUHC is the first site in the world to offer a new Phase 1 clinical trial for patients with metastatic prostate cancer who have exhausted all other therapeutic options. Led by Dr. Ramy Saleh, the clinical trial is testing Actinium-225, a radioactive isotope that targets cancer cells while minimizing potential damage to healthy organs. Jennifer Russell, Ph. D and Head of the Psychology Department for adult sites at the MUHC, gave an interview to host Joanne Vrakas of CJAD on the subject of narcissism. She notes that a narcissistic person often has excessive self-esteem and a strong need to be admired. This behavior can be very challenging to deal with in a romantic or friendly relationship.

The drug Singulair, used to control asthma and allergies, can have neuropsychiatric side effects in 10 to 15 per cent of children taking it.
