The Division of Endocrine Surgery
The Division of Endocrine Surgery mission is to provide comprehensive and compassionate care for patients with endocrine diseases of the thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal glands.
We treat a variety of common and rare endocrine conditions involving:
- the thyroid (thyroid nodules and goiters, thyroid cancer, Graves’ disease)
- the parathyroid (primary, secondary and tertiary hyperparathyroidism, parathyroid cancer)
- adrenal glands (pheochromocytoma, Cushing’s syndrome, hyperaldosteronism, adrenocortical cancer, adrenal metastases, adrenal incidentaloma).
We use minimally invasive surgical techniques, including parathyroidectomy and thyroidectomy, minimally invasive radio-guided parathyroid surgery and laparoscopic and open adrenalectomy.
