Stage Supervision Excellence week concludes at the Royal Victoria Hospital

Our final day of Stage Supervision Week takes place at the Royal Victoria Hospital, an institution dedicated to education and patient care since 1893. Internship supervision is deeply embedded in the culture, helping to pass on exceptional knowledge and expertise to the next generation of professionals.

Supervisors at the RVH play a key role in guiding trainees through their journey—supporting growth, strengthening their sense of belonging, and enriching their clinical experience. The dedication of supervisors contributes directly to the ongoing improvement of the quality of care.

We invite you to watch these videos and read the testimonies that bring this commitment to life, highlighting the essential role of our supervisors.

Thank you to all the professionals who supervise internships at the Royal Victoria Hospital—and across the MUHC—for your invaluable role in training the next generation!
