Montreal Children’s Hospital

State-of-the-art facilities for our young patients includes a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit located next to the Birthing Centre to ensure immediate attention for newborns needing critical care. Joyful colours, adapted environments, comforting materials and an on-site playground help reduce stress from being in the hospital.

Royal Victoria Hospital

Efficiencies, such as daybeds for the Cardiovascular Sciences Program, allow more cardiac procedures each day. Furthermore, the Women’s Health unit is a family-focused area with large single-patient rooms providing space for the mother, newborn and a partner to spend the night.

Montreal Chest Institute

Access to the Research Institute facilitates the Montreal Chest Institute’s ability to advance its expertise in the study and treatment of lung cancer and respiratory diseases. Plus, the proximity to the Children’s makes it easier for teenagers who suffer from cystic fibrosis, asthma and other respiratory diseases to make the necessary transition to programs for young adults

Cancer Centre

The Cancer Centre at the Glen is one of the few comprehensive centres of excellence for cancer care in North America and represents a new Canadian standard, providing Quebecers with some of the finest facilities in the country. All the MUHC’s cancer programs and services, including ambulatory clinics, an oncology day hospital and an urgent care centre, are brought together in one place. The Cancer Centre’s healing environment promotes patients’ physical and emotional rehabilitation and help their families cope

Shriners Hospitals for Children® - Canada

The Shriners Hospitals pavilion is located beside the Montreal Children’s Hospital, which allows for improved efficiencies in all pediatric orthopedic cases. Multidisciplinary medical teams use research, teaching and clinical care practices to develop innovations in orthopedic care for children.
