THEATOR offers the ability to capture and broadcast surgical procedures. Its features go far beyond simple video recording: thanks to artificial intelligence, images are interpreted in real time, the different phases of the operation are identified, and the control and compliance with protocols and safety rules is at the heart of the platform.

Thanks to the support of the Montreal General Hospital Foundation and the McGill University Health Centre Foundation, THEATOR has been integrated into nine operating rooms at the Montreal General Hospital and the Royal Victoria Hospital.

Dr. Liane Feldman, Surgeon-in-chief at the MUHC, discusses the benefits of this platform in this article from Le Devoir.
