Treatment Fees
Treatment fees include professional and clinical fees; however, they do not include the cost of additional services and procedures, nor the cost of medications, which may vary depending on drug insurance plans. The estimated fees must be paid in full before the start of any treatment, including fees for additional services and procedures.
NEW Pricing and Refund Policy - Effective December 1, 2024
***Previous prices for medical orders issued from December 1, 2023, until November 30th, 2024, will be honored, provided full payment is made before March 1, 2025.
Payment Methods
To schedule an appointment to make a payment by phone, send an email to: [email protected]
Include in your email the necessary information for making a payment:
- Your hospital card number OR your full name and date of birth.
- Treatment and additional services/procedures for which you are paying.
Schedule for Telephone Appointments:
Monday: 8 am - 4 pm
Wednesday: 8 am - 4 pm
Friday: 8 am - 4 pm
Please email us your availability for those days and hours.
Payments can be made in person at the clinic at the reception during the week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm.
No personal cheques or cash accepted.
