Administrative Professionals Day

On April 22, for Administrative Professionals Day, the MUHC recognizes the essential contribution of those who ensure, day after day, the smooth running of our operations. Through their rigour, organizational skills, and adaptability, these professionals directly contribute to the quality of care provided to patients.

To mark this day, Caroline Dubé, Associate Director General, Administration, wishes to highlight their essential role.

“Administrative professionals are at the heart of everything we do. Their ability to juggle multiple priorities, coordinate complex activities, and support teams makes a real difference every day.”

Beyond technical skills, she emphasizes their commitment to the MUHC’s mission:

“Whether supporting clinical teams or working in administrative roles, they all contribute, in their own way, to the patient experience.”

She concludes by emphasizing their value within the organization.

“In every department, their expertise is invaluable. They are trusted partners for managers and reliable resources for their colleagues. Their professionalism, sense of service, and adaptability make them indispensable contributors.”

On Administrative Professionals Day, join Caroline in recognizing their contribution and thanking them.
