Project management and sustainable development

Our team is evolving and we welcome interns to take part in our various projects.

An internship with us means you'll have the chance to work on exciting projects in a hospital environment, and the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills under the supervision of dynamic, experienced staff.

Our interns are students in the fields of sustainable development, environment, climate change, performance improvement, continuous improvement, management or administration.

Here are a few examples of the types of tasks performed by our interns:

• participate in various projects aimed at integrating sustainable development into MUHC activities
• design or improve dashboards and performance indicators to help technical services managers and their teams achieve continuous improvement
• monitor best practices in sustainable development
• prepare training material to support the development of managers' and employees' sustainable development skills
• participate in the preparation of sustainable development events
