We focus on ensuring the MUHC's interests are fully represented and advising the organization so it can meet its defined directives. To this end, we represent, support and advise the MUHC and its various divisions.
We are dedicated to providing expert advice on legal services through:
- consulting and drafting of legal guidelines, opinions and documents
- partner training
- litigation follow-up and liaison with insurers
- outstanding legal representation
Internship areas
The organization of work is "domain-based" with a dedicated entry point for each of the areas staffed by specialized professionals.
Internships are offered in the following sectors:
- health and social services law
- labour law/occupational health and safety
- access to information
- construction and contract law
- professional law and ethics
- follow-up on formal notices and litigation
- governance support, including corporate affairs
