HOP Lachine: citizens briefed at 3rd public information meeting

Wednesday evening, June 7, was the third public information meeting on HOP Lachine, the Lachine Hospital modernization project. MUHC executives, together with Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI) and AXOR, the engineering consulting firm, provided an update on the progress of the hospital's modernization project. Myriam Ménard, recently appointed assistant director of the hospital and CHSLD Pavillon Camille-Lefebvre, confirmed that groups are  hard at work planning services for the future community hospital. Speakers from AXOR and SQI confirmed that construction is well underway and on schedule. The presentation was followed by a question period during which members of the Lachine community took the floor. 

More than 50 citizens took part in the virtual meeting moderated by MUHC Associate President and Executive Director, Martine Alfonso.
