COVID-19 Testing Clinic

Members of the public: Please go to a local point of service offering COVID-19 testing. Click here to find the local points of service nearest you.

The MUHC’s COVID-19 testing clinics are ONLY for:

  • MUHC patients with appointments for surgery or treatment who have been told they need to be tested for COVID-19
  • MUHC employees with symptoms

Due to Quebec health ministry guidelines, patients from other hospitals and employees from other healthcare institutions are asked to not come to MUHC test centres. Please go to the Clic Santé website to make an appointment.

Monday to Friday: 7:15 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. (Closed Saturday and Sunday)

Priority testing will be given for employees between 7:15 a.m. to 8 a.m.

Closed for lunch between: 11:50 a.m. and 12:45 p.m.

Register for your test

MUHC patients with appointments for surgery or treatment who require testing for COVID-19 must make an appointment using the Clic Santé website. Appointment times must be respected.  Please note: Patient testing is only available at the Glen site.

If you have trouble accessing or filling out online forms, someone at the hospital will help you. Do NOT delay your test.

 

MUHC employees: Please log on to the MUHC intranet. You will find the information to register here. If you have difficulty accessing or filling out online forms, assistance will be provided on site. DO NOT delay your test.

 

How to get to the COVID-19 Testing Clinic at the Glen site

Location: Level 1 of the parking lot near the entrance to the Adult Emergency Department (1001 Decarie Blvd., Montréal QC H4A 3J1)

  • By metro, Vendôme station, direct access to the MUHC
  • By train, Vendôme train station, direct access to the MUHC
  • By car, via Decarie boul., southbound. Or take the Sherbrooke or De Maisonneuve exits from Highway 15 South. Park your car in the parking lot and walk to the collection centre.
  • Please wear a mask upon arrival at the site.

 

Communication of test results

Result times can vary. Most patients will receive their test results within approximately 3 days.

  • If you have provided an email, the results will be sent by email. If you have no email, you will receive a phone call with your results.
