We are calling you to confirm your contact info

At the MUHC, we are working to improve how we communicate with you.

On October 24, 2023, we started reaching out to our patients to make sure we have the right contact information on file. We are doing this by telephone. 

As part of this initiative, you may receive a call from us asking you to validate your contact details, including:

• mobile phone number
• email address

Once this information is up to date in your MUHC file, you will be able to confirm or cancel your appointments by text message, and we will be able to reach you more easily by phone or email.
