In-room entertainment system service interruption 

The in-room entertainment service previously offered by Hôpitel is no longer available at the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC). We are actively working on putting a new service in place. While this work is underway, please do not subscribe to or contact Hôpitel.    

Free WiFi is available at MUHC sites so patients and families may use their personal devices to access online content.  This service is provided through the following network name: CUSM-MUHC-PUBLIC   

To access WiFi, enter the following requested information (in lower case):  

• Username: public  
• Password: wifi   

The MUHC will work with the relevant parties to ensure that patients who paid for a Hôpitel subscription are refunded.
