The Lachine Hospital meets the challenges of COVID-19
While Quebec was put on pause in March 2020, the healthcare community experienced the successive waves of the COVID-19 pandemic at a fast pace. At the MUHC, a great mobilization of healthcare workers took place to overcome the many challenges related to the unprecedented health crisis. It is now time to take a step back and see how well the teams adapted and what creative solutions were put in place, in a context where the only certainty was change itself.
In the midst of every crisis is an opportunity to grow and learn to do better. Let's take a look at how the Lachine Hospital navigated the health crisis, in the fifth video in a series that explores the lessons learned in relation to the upheavals associated with COVID-19.
