Dawn Singerman is selected to participate in the 2021 IHF Young Executive Leaders Program

The International Hospital Federation and WittKieffer announced this week the names of the 34 young executive leaders from 19 countries that have been selected to participate in extensive leadership development activities and global healthcare networking taking place from April to November, and MUCH Director of Financial Resources Dawn Singerman is part of this prestigious program!

“I am honoured and proud to have been selected to participate in this amazing program! I am really excited to meet new colleagues from around the globe to exchange ideas and share best practices”, says Dawn Singerman.

Through this program, emerging leaders get the chance to have the voice of their hospitals, region or country represented during impactful international conversations and shared with the broader healthcare community. Through the Young Executive Leaders (YEL) program, participants will build sustainable relationships and expand their professional network. As a group, they will discuss current trends, challenges and opportunities for the young healthcare leaders of today, creating an environment for vibrant and exciting dialogue.

From April to November, in addition to creating sustainable relationships with peers worldwide, the YELs will discuss current trends and challenges in healthcare through the program’s learning sessions and masterclasses. The capstone experience for the program cohort is attending the IHF World Hospital Congress, to be held this year from November 8-11 in Barcelona, before graduating into the YEL Alumni.
