Andréa Laizner: 50 years of devotion and a heartfelt gesture
Last week, at her retirement celebration, Andréa Laizner made a generous and deeply meaningful gesture: she chose to donate the $1,280 collected for her retirement gift to the Montreal General Hospital Foundation to a fund supporting nursing. An act of kindness that reflects the spirit that guided her entire career.
Andréa Laizner dedicated 50 years of her life to nursing at the MUHC. She exemplified unwavering commitment to research, knowledge sharing, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the improvement of patient care. This donation will help continue and enrich the work she so passionately championed throughout her career.
