The Master’s level Healthcare Administration internship is an opportunity to learn about major dossiers and strategic issues while fulfilling a mandate within one of the MUHC's directorates.

Through this internship, you will become familiar with organizational structure, develop a solid understanding of present-day challenges, grow your knowledge of senior management, and sharpen your strategic vision. The internship is for those enrolled in a graduate program who are interested in pursuing management, executive or advisory positions.

During my internship at the MUHC, I was immersed in a dynamic and stimulating environment. Working alongside seasoned professionals, I was able to observe first-hand the strategic, tactical and operational management of a leading healthcare facility. I was able to actively contribute to projects aimed at improving the efficiency of internal processes and enhancing the quality of care offered to patients. This rewarding internship enabled me to develop my management, communication and problem-solving skills.
