In September, Yvon Faubert, a patient with lung cancer at the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC), underwent thoracic surgery performed by Dr. Christian Sirois at the Montreal General Hospital (MGH). “Dr. Sirois was able to save a part of my father’s lung,” explains Faubert’s daughter, Johanne. “He was simply amazing as were the nurses who cared for my father during his stay at the MGH.”
