The Glen Centre for Specialized Medecine is open Monday to Friday 8:00-16:00, Saturday 9:00-13:00 and is closed on Sunday. Please note, we do not offer walk-in services. You need a referral from a doctor to make an appointment.

Exercise Prescription Program

You need to be referred to the Family Heart Centre by your treating physician, or to be seen at the Women’s Healthy Heart Initiative in order to be eligible to participate to this program. Appointments will be given once you have been seen by the medical team.
