How do I get technical support if I have issues with my telehealth appointment?
At the start of your teleconsultation, you will be told what to do if there is a technical problem.
If you have any technical questions before your appointment, contact the Centre de soutien des services numériques en santé (CSSNS).
Can I use telehealth services for urgent or emergency care?
No, telehealth services are not for urgent or emergency care.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number or visit the nearest emergency room.
