Researchers find a possible therapeutic target rare and deadly pediatric brain tumours

A new study published in Cell reveals that PFA ependymoma, which are aggressive and hard-to-treat pediatric brain tumours, display unique 3D genome features that could be exploited therapeutically. RI-MUHC researcher and Pediatric Hemato-Oncologist Dr. Nada Jabado, who is one of the co-senior authors of the study, spoke about it to CTV Montreal.
