Your voice is important! Please complete your patient experience survey

Throughout the months of May and June, the McGill University Health Centre, in collaboration with Accreditation Canada, will be conducting a patient experience survey. This campaign will gather valuable data and evaluate and compare the user experience from hospitals across the province.

Your feedback is very important to us. It complements our patient partnership program and user experience surveys. The results will be shared with our teams to improve the overall quality of care and services we provide and highlight to our staff what you feel we do well.

The survey will enable you to give your opinion on:

  • How you were welcomed at the MUHC.
  • The cleanliness and safety of the premises.
  • The respect, courtesy and attentiveness of the physicians and other professionals.
  • The explanations given to you concerning your care and treatment.
  • The respect of your rights as a user in one of our facilities.
  • And much more.

Completing the online survey :

The survey must be completed online using the link or QR code displayed are available on all units and at reception areas. Anyone who has received care or services in an MUHC facility, between May 1 and June 30, 2022 may complete the survey.

The survey is for all services;

  • Inpatients – patients who stay overnight in the hospital
  • Outpatients – those with clinics or having day surgery
  • Patients who come to our hospital for treatments such as chemotherapy.

Patients can fill out more than once if you receive different care or services at different MUHC locations. A loved one can support you if you have difficulty completing the survey on your own. Staff is always available to answer your questions.
