Your voice is important! Please participate in the patient experience survey
If you received care at the McGill University Health Centre in May or June of 2022, we ask that you complete an online survey about the quality of care you received. Surveys can be submitted up until July 31st, 2022.
The patient experience survey is a standardized tool created in collaboration with Accreditation Canada. This campaign will gather valuable data from hospitals across the province and evaluate and compare the patient experience.
About the survey
Your feedback is very important to us. It complements our patient partnership program and user experience surveys and will help us improve our overall quality of care and services.
You will be asked to give your opinion on, among other things:
- The way in which you were welcomed at the MUHC.
- The cleanliness and safety of the premises.
- The respect, courtesy and attentiveness of the physicians and other professionals.
- The explanations given to you concerning your care and treatment.
- The respect of your rights.

This 10-minute survey must be completed online using the link or QR code displayed below. You can complete the survey multiple times if you received different care or services at different locations. A loved one can support you if you have difficulty completing the survey on your own.
