Hand Hygiene: the most important infection control measure

The McGill University health Centre (MUHC) has developed a comprehensive Hand Hygiene Program that involves making sure we have access to sinks and alcohol hand rub, systematic auditing of practice throughout the organization, education, role modeling, leadership and communication. 

Anyone can be a carrier of a microbe without knowing it. By practicing proper hand hygiene you can help prevent contaminating yourself and others.
