Why are there only 5 chairs for the public to use at the RVH - Glen site paratransit entrance door?

Question: Why are there only 5 chairs for the public to use at the RVH - Glen site paratransit entrance door?  I had to stand for 30 minutes since all 5 chairs were taken while I waited for my paratransit to arrive.

Answer: Since moving to the Glen, we have made many adjustments, including adding chairs to several waiting areas where it was deemed chairs were missing. However, there are a few challenges we face: firstly, not all areas permit the addition of more chairs and secondly, people are relocating chairs to other areas leaving certain spaces with a deficit.  This is a problem we are addressing on a regular, ongoing basis.
