Question: I paid for a day pass when I arrived at the Glen site just before midnight. When I left several hours later, I was charged again. Why is a 24 hour pass not valid for 24 hours?

Answer: While this was case when the Glen site first opened, the MUHC has reacted to patient complaints and adjusted accordingly. A day pass is now valid for 24 hours from when you first enter the lot.
