HOP Lachine! The ambassadors' voice
During the five planning workshops, the ambassadors of the HOP Lachine! project worked with patient representatives, members from management and administration, both from the MUHC and Lachine Hospital, and with a team of facilitators. They helped define the vision and guiding principles of the project, trace the ideal trajectory of care for patients and determine proximity links between clinical areas.
