Dr. Bethany Foster, a pediatric nephrologist and scientist at the Research Institute of the MUHC and the Children’s led with her team an innovative trial combining digital technology and coaching among young kidney transplant patients. The goal of the study was to improve adherence to treatment in order to avoid organ rejection usually high in the age group of 11 to 24. Dr. Foster with one of the study’s participant, Audrey Grenier, were interviewed by CTV News, Radio-Canada International, and TVA.
