A Very Warm Welcome to Dr. Lucie Opatrny

The Board of Directors of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) reiterates its heartiest congratulations to Dr. Lucie Opatrny on her appointment as President and Executive Director of the MUHC and welcomes her enthusiastically on her first day with us.  

As we all know, the health and social services’ landscape is in perpetual flux due to social, political, technological, scientific and economic opportunities and challenges. The MUHC needs to navigate this landscape as a trailblazer and as a partner. We are fortunate to have terrific people who are dedicated to the health and well-being of our patients and their families, as well as a generous community and, today, a new exceptional leader.
