A unique father-daughter team

For Father’s Day, we’re tipping our hats to an incredible father-daughter team.  Dr. Geneviève Genest, allergist and immunologist, and her dad Dr. Jacques Genest, cardiologist, recently worked together for the first time ever in their careers.

Both were part of the redeployment of specialists within the MUHC to meet the needs of patients with COVID-19.

Having never practiced medicine together on the same unit, the day was memorable and filled with pride for father and daughter alike.
