Thank you - Teachers’ Week
Every year, the MUHC welcomes more than 5,000 learners. University, college and professional internships are offered in a wide range of fields.
As part of Teachers' Week, we would like to highlight the commitment of all the professionals involved in supervising internships in the various disciplines (medicine, nursing, multidisciplinary services, pharmacy, medical imaging, engineering, IT, human resources, administrative services and more).
Our warmest thanks to all those who devote their time and expertise to support our academic mission. Your involvement in guiding and mentoring learners contributes to training the next generation and to the quality of care and services offered.
Did you know? The MUHC boasts an impressive community of people who supervise internships (supervisors, preceptors, associate clinicians …) and play an essential role in staff training and development: there are more than 500 in Nursing, more than 160 in Pharmacy and more than 150 in Multidisciplinary services.
"I would like to extend my warmest thanks to everyone involved in supervising stages and supporting the academic mission. By sharing your expertise, you are contributing to the skill development of the next generation, as well as to the quality of care and best practices. Many thanks for your commitment, which makes all the difference to learners from a wide range of disciplines.” — Marie-Eve Simoncelli, Director of the Education and Simulation Directorate |
In addition to contributing to the excellence of care and services offered at the MUHC, your commitment makes a difference in the lives of the learners you support. Thank you so much for your involvement!
