Hydro-Québec infrastructure work at the former RVH and Allan Memorial Institute

Hydro Québec will be installing a transformer and laying underground cables near the entrance of the Allan Memorial Institute and parking lot P4 of the former Royal Victoria Hospital on February 25 and 26. 

As shown in the areas marked in red on the attached photos: 

• Part of parking lot P4 will be inaccessible.
• The main entrance of the Allan Memorial Institute will be closed to vehicles.
• The usual exit will be used in both directions, with traffic flaggers on-site to ensure safety.
• Pedestrian access will remain available at all times.
