Get answers to your basic appointment-related questions  

The MUHC Call Centre is excited to introduce a new service designed to make it easier for patients to get information about their future appointments. 

Patients who dial the MUHC's main call centre line, 514-934-1934, can NOW get answers right away to basic questions about their appointments.

How it works 

Telephone operators at the main call centre will ask you some questions to verify your identity. After this is done, the operators will be able to give you basic details about your appointment: 

  • date and time 
  • type of appointment (in-person or by telephone)  
  • hospital site and address  
  • clinic name, phone extension and room number (where applicable) 

The benefits of this new service include:

  • a better phone experience for callers to the main call centre
  • fewer call transfers for basic appointment-related questions

This service was introduced in March as part of the MUHC's continued efforts to improve communication with patients.
