Call for candidates: MUHC Board of Directors of the Establishment
Deadline to apply: April 25, 2025
Following the creation of Santé Québec, each healthcare establishment must reconstitute its board, which will now function in an advisory capacity to the president and executive director and leadership team. The Board of Directors of the Establishment (BoD-E) comprises 16 members that are to reflect the diversity of the Quebec population, the community the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) serves and its mission. Santé Québec will appoint the new members of the BoD-E in June based on a list of recommendations from the president and executive director of the MUHC.

Available positions include:
- 6 independent members (no ties to MUHC or Santé Québec) with a collective mix of expertise governance and ethics, performance, quality, risk management, finance, accounting, business, information resources, human resources, real estate and community organizations;
- 2 users of the MUHC (patients or their caregivers); and
- 3 employees or professionals exercising their jobs within the MUHC.
