Interprofessional Simulation Centre

The MUHC Centre for Interprofessional Simulation is a place where excellence in healthcare education thrives. Our team has created a dynamic learning environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Hospital-based simulation is indispensable to healthcare professionals and students. It:

  • provides a safe and controlled practice environment
  • offers realistic scenarios and hands-on experience, so skills can be refined
  • enhances decision-making abilities and fosters teamwork and communication skills
  • facilitates familiarity with new equipment, procedures, and protocols
  • contributes to patient safety outcomes and the quality of care

At our simulation centre, our priority is to provide engaging, interprofessional educational experiences to equip healthcare professionals to deliver high-calibre care in environments that reflect clinical practice.
