The Critical Event Debriefing - Facilitator Training course includes theoretical and practical training and is available to Glen and MGH Nursing Leadership (ANMs, NMs, NPDEs, NRMs, or Unit Super Users), respiratory therapy, residents, etc.
Theory and Practical : 2 hours of continuing education
Participants will learn about debriefing, the role of the facilitator, how to create safe environments for discussion as well as how to facilitate large group discussions.
Mandatory: Prior to attending the course, participants must watch the video Critical Event Debriefing - Facilitator Training and complete a short online quiz.
