Thank you to all those angels

My 95-year old mother has been undergoing radiation for a tumour on her back at the oncology department at the Montreal General Hospital daily for the last three weeks.

I cannot begin to say enough about how impressed I am with the care she is receiving. Her doctors, nurses, technicians and the receptionists have truly demonstrated caring, kindness and compassion.

At a time when we are getting cynical of the overloaded and underfunded health-care system in the province, it has been a breath of fresh air and hope that there are true, caring professionals who are doing their very best and succeeding despite great odds.

My hat and heart goes out to these wonderful people.
