Procedure to submit a question to the MUHC Board of Directors
A person who wishes to ask a question must present him/herself to the room where the MUHC Board of Directors' meeting will take place before the start of the meeting. The person must provide, to the chairman or his/her delegate, his/her first name and surname as well as the name of the organization he/she is representing if applicable, and share the nature of the question. The person may register this information in a logbook that will be on hand for that purpose. This act, accompanied by the required information, must be carried out no later than thirty (30) minutes before the start of the board meeting.
