Research Focus: 

Dr. Lach’s program of research focuses on the quality of life of children with chronic health conditions and disabilities (CHCD), the health of their caregivers (mothers and fathers), and on determinants of parenting among children with neurodevelopmental disorders. She works with survey (quantitative) as well as narrative (qualitative) data, conducts multi-method studies, systematic reviews, and policy analysis, emphasizing the implications of her findings for practitioners and policy makers involved in making a difference in the lives of children and their families.
