Termination Report
A research study is reported as completed to the REB promptly following the sponsor’s close out activity at the MUHC. The final submission to the REB from the Principal Investigator is a report of study completion. The Study Termination Report is used to notify the REB and the institution that the study has been completed and acceptance of the report by the REB formally concludes the ongoing ethics oversight of the research.
