Research Media Clearance Form
All publicly available information about a research study including a poster, flyer, press release, electronic publicity, or recording must comply with MUHC Public Relations and Communication (PRC) policy.
Please submit the PRC “Research Media Clearance Form” through the central intake mechanism if this is being done at the time of initial submission.
If you are submitting publicity for review after the study has obtained initial approval, please submit directly to Julie Robert, Research Communications Coordinator at 2155 Guy, Suite 1280 or julie [dot] robert [at] muhc [dot] mcgill [dot] ca (Julie Robert)
Following PRC review the Investigator will submit the PRC approved format of the publicity with a copy of the PRC authorization to the REB for review.
