Mentoring

For virtually all successful and personally satisfying mentoring experiences a meaningful relationship with another person is established. Both the individual who is being mentored and the individual who is mentoring gain much from this experience and in the academic world, this can have a very important impact on the career paths. The Division or Department Head is always considered a mentor, but may not have the time to help out on the research side. Because of this the Research Institute of the MUHC would like to facilitate mentoring.
