Peter Scherer, PhD
Dr. Peter Scherer is Counselor to the Director of the Employment, Labour and Social Affairs Directorate at the OECD in Paris, responsible for managing the OECD Health Project and for planning future OECD work in this field.
Bernard Merkel, PhD
Dr. Bernard Merkel heads the Health Strategy and Health Systems Unit in the Health and Consumers Directorate General of the European Commission. His unit is currently developing an overall EU health strategy.
Yanick Labrie. M.A. (Econ)
Yanick Labrie is an associate researcher at the Montreal Economic Institute. He teaches economics at Cégep St-Jean-sur-Richelieu and lectures at HEC Montréal’s Institute of Applied Economics.
Johan Hjertqvist, LLD
Johan Hjertqvist is the founder and president of the Brussels-based Health Consumer Powerhouse.
