Nuala Patricia Kenny, MD, FRCP (C) Dr. Nuala Kenny is a pediatrician and academic. She chaired the Values Committee of the Prime Minister’s 1997 National Forum on Health and is a founding member of the Governing Council of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) She is presently a member of the Health Council of Canada and a Director of Canadian Doctors for Medicare.
Michel Clair, LLD Michel Clair is a former cabinet minister in the Quebec government and former CEO of Hydro Quebec International He chaired the Commission on Health and Social Services (2001)for the Quebec government. He participates regularly in discussions on improving Québec's health care system. He is President and CEO of Groupe Sedna a company that specializes in the delivery of health services largely in partnership with Québec's public health care system.
